Maintenance Team Leader
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Team Leader to ensure the effective maintenance of our plant, premises, and ancillary equipment. This role is critical for enabling cost-effective operations that meet all customer requirements. The successful candidate will lead a maintenance shift and must demonstrate the following essential and desirable skills:
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in leading a maintenance team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in common root cause analysis techniques.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Proficient in commonly used computer software.
Flexibility and adaptability to quickly respond to changing priorities and workloads.
Ability to lead by example, guide, motivate, and support the maintenance shifts positively.
Excellent prioritization skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Experience with computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS).
Desirable Skills:
Previous experience in leading teams.
