I'm working closely with a Local Authority in Kent who are looking for an interim Maintenance Surveyor to help with the upkeep of their residential properties.
This is a 3-month initial contract which is likely to be extended as most contractors, who have worked there have experienced this.
Your pay rate will be £35-40 an hour.
You can be part of a great team and a lovely working environment.
The client is looking to have conversations this week with suitable candidates.
