You will be working for a well established property refurbishment organisation which is based out of Winchester.
About the Job
As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be in charge of a team of trades and ensure the efficient completion of tasks to meet established standards and requirements. The role will involve you managing properties accommodating the residents and going into occupied homes.
So therefore you must have good customer service and be a personable character.
Looking for someone who had has experience within the social housing background and able to manage a team of people effectively.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the responsive operatives.
There will be a strong focus on improving efficiency's and productivity to maintain a high level of quality, by supporting and developing our workforce.
Post-work inspections, resulting in the delivery of outstanding customer service and great quality of work.
This is a permanent position :)
