Are you an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, Senior Maintenance Technician or Team Lead looking for a role where you can take real ownership of maintenance delivery, coordinate a team and contractors, and drive reliability improvements across a busy manufacturing plant?

This is a permanent position within a manufacturing environment, sitting between the Maintenance Manager and the hands-on maintenance team, ensuring planned and reactive work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

You will be the main point of contact for electrical maintenance across your production area, coordinating internal technicians and external contractors, managing work through the CMMS, and producing performance reporting on assets and team output.

Alongside day-to-day maintenance coordination, you'll focus on improving reliability by developing and updating PPMs, carrying out Root Cause Analysis / RCM work, and managing critical spares to support plant uptime and safety-critical equipment.

This role would suit an electrical maintenance professional from a manufacturing background who wants a genuine step into leadership, more responsibility, and the chance to drive standards, performance and continuous improvement.

The Role:

Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance technicians and contractors
Planned and reactive maintenance coordination across an allocated plant area
Manage maintenance information and planning via the site CMMS
Improve reliability through PPM development, RCA / RCM and asset performance reporting
Support safety compliance and safe systems of work for maintenance activities
The Person:

Electrical maintenance background within a manufacturing environment
Previous experience supervising, coordinating or leading maintenance activity
HNC or apprenticeship level engineering qualification
Reference Number: BBBH(phone number removed)
