Maintenance Supervisor
Central London
£55,000 - £60,000
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building maintenance operations at a commercial site in Central London.

The Role
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operation, coordinating engineers and subcontractors.
Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across the site.
Provide technical support and guidance to the engineering team.
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety legislation and site procedures.
Monitor maintenance performance, ensuring jobs are completed within agreed timescales.
Coordinate contractors and oversee works carried out on site.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logbooks and compliance documentation.
Assist with fault-finding and troubleshooting across building services systems.
Liaise with the client and wider facilities management team to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, site performance and service standards. About You
Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Lead Engineer or Senior Building Services Engineer.
Strong technical knowledge of commercial building maintenance.
Experience coordinating engineers, subcontractors or day-to-day maintenance activities.
Good understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
A proactive approach with the ability to lead by example and take ownership of site operations.
Relevant electrical or mechanical building services qualifications are desirable. The Package
Salary of £55,000 - £60,000.
