Maintenance Supervisor
£40,000 - £48,000 DOE + 10% Bonus | Multiple Locations Across London

The Role:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll lead the day-to-day delivery of reactive repairs, planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and lifecycle works, supporting the Maintenance Manager while supervising a team of Maintenance Operatives to ensure high service standards, compliance and operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing:
Allocate and prioritise reactive maintenance, PPM and lifecycle works
Supervise, coach and develop Maintenance Operatives
Support the Maintenance Manager and deputise in their absence
Coordinate contractors and ensure works are completed safely and efficiently
Manage compliance, audits, RAMS, Legionella and CAFM records
Drive KPIs, resident satisfaction and excellent customer service
About You:
Previous Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader experience
Strong building maintenance and facilities knowledge
Experience managing reactive and planned maintenance
Knowledge of CAFM systems and statutory compliance
Confident leading teams and coordinating contractors
Organised, customer-focused and able to manage multiple priorities
Happy working shifts, weekends and participating in an on-call rota
