Maintenance Supervisor
East London
£50,000 - £55,000 + Package
Alice Rose is currently partnered with a leading M&E services provider who are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor oversee a team of 4 engineers on a new development site in East London.
My client is a highly reputable building services organisation, who is notoriously known for being one of the best technical companies in the industry, outstanding staff retention, tight knit family environment and continuous training and development for all levels of staff.
The ideal Maintenance Supervisor will have a solid understanding within building services and experience supervising a team of engineers, a mature approach to their career, proven track record of building client relationships and ideally HV experience.
Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities:
* Site manager or Supervising experience within a commercial background
* Overseeing maintenance of equipment
* Managing a team of engineers
* Base build/Tenant experience
* Monthly reporting
* Progressing works
Maintenance Supervisor Background Required:
* Experience working in a Commercial environment.
* Electrically qualified (HNC/D, Degree, or apprenticeship)
* Level 3 Electrical Qualification
* Apprentice Trained
* Building Services knowledge Experience

* Salary/ Package: £50,000 - £55,000 Plus package DOE
