Day to Day Responsibilities
· All ordering and administration of maintenance requirements for all our homes
· Accountability for completion and reviewing of monthly in-house maintenance checks and external third party checks
· Manage the maintenance budget and continually identify cost savings
· Ensure all refurbishment requirements for the homes are prioritised
· Co-ordinate projects ensuring they are completed within agreed timeframes
· Co-ordinate completion of Health & Safety related action plans in response to external risk assessments and ensure internal risk assessments are completed when required
Essential Requirements
Two years experience in working in a high volume, fast paced, deadline driven environment· Computer literate (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
Good written communication skills
Excellent oral communication skills (including on the telephone)
Ability to follow processes
Excellent time management skills and be used to working to deadlines
Experience of project administration
Must live within a 25 minute drive of the Jasmine Support Hub
Preferred Requirements
· Two year’s experience of specifically administering maintenance activities
· Two year’s experience of co-ordinating projects
· One year’s experience of ensuring the compliance of Health & Safety regulations
· One year’s experience of managing people
