Mobile Maintenance Plumber – Edinburgh & East Scotland
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + Overtime + Company Van

FM Search & Select are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Maintenance Plumber to join a leading Facilities Management provider, covering a range of commercial contracts throughout Edinburgh and the East of Scotland.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established FM business offering a competitive salary, a company van with personal use permitted and the opportunity to boost earnings through overtime.
The Role
As a Mobile Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and general plumbing maintenance across a variety of commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial contracts.
*
Diagnose and repair plumbing faults, leaks and breakdowns.
*
Maintain and repair hot and cold water systems.
*
Undertake repairs and maintenance to pipework, taps, toilets, sinks, valves and associated plumbing systems.
*
Carry out general plumbing repairs and minor installation works.
*
Respond to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
*
Complete PPM tasks in line with contract requirements.
*
Ensure all works are completed safely and to a high standard.
*
Complete job sheets and maintenance reports.
*
Liaise professionally with clients and site teams.
Requirements
*
Qualified Plumber with relevant plumbing qualifications.
*
Previous experience in commercial maintenance or Facilities Management preferred.
*
Strong fault-finding and reactive maintenance experience.
*
Experience working on commercial plumbing and water systems.
*
Ability to work independently across multiple sites.
*
Good communication and organisational skills.
*
Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
