Maintenance Plumber – Portsmouth Salary: £37,000 + Overtime + Call-Out (£75/week)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Call-Out Rota: 1 in 5
Annual Leave: 25 days + bank holidays
The Opportunity
Our client, a leading organisation within the Facilities Management sector, is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Plumber to join their team on a key commercial contract in Portsmouth. Key Responsibilities

Deliver planned and reactive plumbing maintenance across static site in Portsmouth
*
Diagnose and repair faults on a variety of plumbing systems
*
Support the wider maintenance team when required
*
Participate in the 1-in-5 call-out rota
*
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with compliance standards
What You’ll Need

Level 2 Plumbing qualification (essential)
*
Experience within commercial or FM environments is beneficial
*
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
*
Full UK driving licence if required for call out
