Maintenance Planner & Administrator

Location: Pity Me

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 per week Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,504.00 per annum

Closing Date: Friday 31st May 2024

Are you passionate about providing a right first time, highly effective repairs and maintenance service focused on delivering exceptional customer service excellence?

If so, then our Maintenance Planner & Administrator post is for you!

About the role:

* Planning and scheduling trade resources

* Delivering high level business support and administrative activities

* Providing advice, support and guidance on repairs and maintenance related issues

* Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information

About you:

You’ll need:

* Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function

* Experience working with Salesforce

* Experience of scheduling trade resources, administrating repairs and maintaining accurate records

* Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities.

* Well organised with good influencing skills and a keen eye for detail

* Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
