Maintenance Planner
Porton Down, Salisbury - SP4
Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 - Permanent Position
Salary - up to £33,000
We have a role working as a Maintenance Planner covering a static healthcare facility working with a team and working closely with the on-site client.

This role is to ensure the day-to-day running of the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is carried out so that all maintenance activities are completed to schedule for a defined area of the site in the most cost-effective manner. Maintains liaison and coordination between all relevant parties; maintains appropriate records and files to permit meaningful analysis and reporting of results or work completed.
We are looking for a highly organized and hardworking individual with excellent communication skills, who can work off their own initiative to prioritise work and ensure extremely high standards. You will need a flexible and adaptable approach to work and the ability to work under pressure.
We're ideally looking for a candidate with experience in the facilities management industry or a role with transferrable skills. This role will be working in a commercial environment with a mixture of office spaces and laboratories
