Mobile Maintenance Handyperson - Croydon, Dartford and local Kent area - PERMANENT
£34,000 per annum - plus superb overtime rates
Company van provided which can be taken home daily
All tools, equipment, materials and work wear will be provided for you
Mon to Fri - days
All applicants must have the following:
A full UK driving licence
A recognised trade qualification (NVQ or City and Guilds etc)
Good previous experience in planned and reactive repair and maintenance work
Croydon and Dartford areas
Main Duties:
Planned and reactive maintenance work in commercial buildings within Croydon, Dartford and local Kent areas.
Basic plumbing - changing taps, repairing leaks, taking temperature of water
Straightforward carpentry - fixing a door, replacing a handle, replacing a cupboard door etc
Very basic electrical work - such as wiring a plug or changing a light bulb
Other general planned and reactive maintenance work
£34,000 per annum, job comes with a company van, excellent OT rates, pension and holiday pay
