Are you an experienced Multi-Trade Maintenance Operative looking for a permanent role where your work genuinely makes a difference?

We're looking for a skilled maintenance professional to join a well-established organisation, carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance across a portfolio of supported housing and residential properties.

The Role

You'll be responsible for a variety of day-to-day maintenance tasks including:

General building repairs
Plumbing repairs (taps, toilets, leaks)
Basic carpentry (doors, locks, frames)
Painting and decorating
General property maintenance
Reactive repairs and planned maintenance
Working alongside contractors when required
Delivering excellent customer service to residents

We're Looking For

✔ Proven experience as a Maintenance Operative, Multi-Trader, Fabric Technician or Property Maintenance Operative

✔ Experience carrying out multi-trade repairs independently

✔ Experience within Housing Associations, Supported Housing, Care Homes, Residential Buildings, Student Accommodation, Local Authorities or Facilities Management is highly desirable

✔ Good understanding of Health & Safety

✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔ Full UK Driving Licence (Essential)
