Description:

Marks Consulting Partners are currently looking for a Maintenance Officer (Planned & Compliance) to work with one of our Housing Association clients in South London.

What the job will be doing

* Provide a positive image of client to its residents, stakeholders and other relevant outside bodies Deliver an excellent customer service to residents, contractors and the team, dealing with their queries and concerns regarding voids, planned and compliance works, and aids/adaptations

* Oversee and manage the works processes from end to end through Plentific, Homemaster and/or any other system, providing monthly KPI reports on performance

* Liaise with contractors, issue works orders and monitor the progress and quality of works, liaising with our residents and contractors to ensure work is completed to agreed standards. To chase outstanding works on a timely basis and report on contractor performance monthly

* Administer and report on our compliance programmes, including gas servicing, electrical testing, water safety, asbestos and lift management, ensuring that accurate records are kept up to date and monthly KPIs are maintained

* Support others to manage the works element of the voids process in respect of planned and compliance works. Liaise closely with others to minimise void loss

* Administer any insurance claims, ensuring comprehensive files are maintained on all claims

* Maintain the damp, mould and condensation register and ensure the process is complied with and residents are kept informed

* Administer the FRA programme and any related action plans

* Maintain all registers and action plans including the Asbestos register, EPC register and FRA action plan

* Process all aids and adapts requests and grant applications as appropriate
