Description:
Peace Recruitment are working with a large public sector organisation based in the Central Belt to source a Maintenance Officer / Clerk of Works.
The role will be to oversee repairs to buy back acquisition properties. The properties bought back from open market and will be added to the organisations stock. They are generally in need of repairs internal and external.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience of surveying properties and have knowledge of repairs. The properties will be void properties but could be part of flatted development.
The role is likely to last 4-5 months. Hourly rate is £22 per hour (PAYE). A van can be provided which can only be used for business use
