An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to lead the delivery of maintenance services across a globally recognised brand working for a privately owned building services company.
This role is focussing on the safe, compliant and running at its best, from planned preventative maintenance and reactive works through to lifecycle activities and specialist subcontractor services.
This is a high-profile, hands-on leadership role. You’ll guide multi-disciplined engineering and maintenance teams, act as a trusted advisor to the client and make sure contractual obligations and expectations are consistently met.
