Apply now for the position of Maintenance Manager and you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our manufacturing equipment and facilities, supporting production of high-quality medical devices and consumables.

Your Role:

You will enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for maintenance personnel and manufacturing staff.
You will Coordinate maintenance activities, including inspections, calibration, repairs, and upgrades, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
You will lead, develop and supervise a team of Maintenance and Product Support Engineers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
You will identify opportunities for process optimisation and efficiency improvements in maintenance operations.
You will generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance metrics, and compliance status for management review.
You will be responsible for planning the annual reactor shutdown maintenance program, coordinating internal teams and external contractors.
You will form part of the Site’s Extended Leadership Team, accountable for ensuring the success of site operations.Your Expertise:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on medical devices or similar regulated industries preferrable.
Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to maintenance planning and execution.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with internal teams, contractors and external stakeholders.Our Benefits:
