Knowledge of building standards regulatory requirements in relation to repairs and maintenance.
knowledge of construction Health and Safety regulations.
Experience of specifying Repairs and void works.
Good communication skills
A Full UK Driving Licence.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties
- Supervising property maintenance and repairs
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Developing and implementing property management strategies
- Conducting regular property inspections
- Handling tenant queries and issues promptly
- Overseeing property budgets and financial performance
£25-£30 Per Hour 37.5 Hours per week.
