As the maintenance manager, you will report directly to the site engineering manager. You will be the head of the engineering department and will be driving reliability throughout the whole site.
Your New Job
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our well-established Engineering Department and will have 6 direct reports. Your primary role is to develop the strategy of the engineering function and implementation of a proactive maintenance strategy which will include engineering related down time (OEE) Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF) and Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). You will also be tasked with the developing a continuous improvement culture through the engineering department through the effective implementation and use of lean tools and techniques by all engineers such as PDCA, Breakdown analysis, FMEA, A3 etc. To develop a planned maintenance program and CMMS to deliver best in class performance across the asset portfolio. Support the technical element of all new product introduction. Ensure the engineering department structure is aligned to the current and future business needs to enable the team to deliver the functional vision.
Your Experience and Requirements
ZAP are searching for candidates that have 5 years in a management position within a FMCG environment. The ability to communicate at all levels with high of numeracy and literacy. Lean Six Sigma/5s experience, continuous improvement knowledge.
