Joiner Multi-Skilled Operative
Location: Southfields Offices
Grade: Skills Group 3
We are looking for an experienced Joiner / Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Repairs and Maintenance team.
You will carry out a wide range of joinery, carpentry and property maintenance repairs across council properties, including responsive repairs, voids and remedial works. You’ll work directly with tenants, colleagues and other trades to deliver high-quality work and excellent customer service.
About you

Time-served Carpenter/Joiner with NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds or equivalent
*
Experience in responsive repairs, maintenance and/or social housing
*
Able to undertake a range of joinery and associated multi-skilled works
*
Good knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
*
Strong customer service and communication skills
*
Able to work independently and as part of a team
*
Full, clean driving licence
*
Flexible to participate in out-of-hours/emergency services when required
