A fantastic opportunity to work for a fast growing FM Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Site Maintenance Maintenance Carpenter to work at a well respected building service provider within a hospital site based in Swindon, Wiltshire This is a temporary - permanent position. Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. With fantastic opportunities for career progression.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Carry out general building repair and maintenance
* PPM and Faultfinding
* To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards
* Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards
Candidate requirements;
* Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs
* Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 in a trade or Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery/ is preferred.
* Essential to have excellent client facing skills
