Fully Expensed VanRole Responsibilities:
To carry out risk assessments relative to the task undertaken
Basic plumbing, painting, plaster patching, and changing ceiling tiles.
Ability, (or willingness to be trained), to work in confined spaces, and climb ladders/scaffolds/mobile access equipment.
To maintain all internal and external building fabric to a high standard.
Perform routine and extensive preventative/reactive maintenance, and painting/decoration/general fixes.
General Handy Person Tasks such as Shelving, Fitting Signage, Carpet, and Floor Tiles.The Ideal Candidate:
Trade-related qualifications, e.g. Carpentry, joinery, Plastering
Holds a full UK Driving License.
Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.
