You will be involved in teaching, coaching, and mentoring young learners undertaking Maintenance Engineering qualifications
Delivery: Deliver and coordinate the successful completion of all aspects of Maintenance Engineering qualifications.
Mentorship: Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to learners in the training centre.
Focus: Training apprentices in line with relevant awarding body standards.

We are looking for proven occupational experience in as a Maintenance Engineer:
Occupational Experience: Minimum 5 years' relevant occupational experience within Maintenance Engineering.
Technical Qualification: Mandatory Level 3 Engineering related qualification.
Soft Skills: Good communication, presentation skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, rewarding environment.
