Maintenance Engineer - Electrically Biased
Hinckley
£33 - £38,000 per annum

Permanent maintenance position for someone that wants to work on a static site working days Monday - Friday, with no call out or overtime. This will suit either a maintenance engineer with an electrical qualification such as 17th or 18th edition, or a fully qualified electrician that is happy to do a role that is mainly building maintenance and fabric work. This position is working Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.

Main duties will include (but not limited do):

Basic electrical work such as light replacements, lamping, emergency light tests.
Plumbing - leaks, taps, toilets
Basic carpentry - lock changes
Painting and decorating

Ideally, you'll be a maintenance engineer that has acquired 17th or 18th edition along the way, or a fully qualified electrician that has no issue carrying out mainly building fabric tasks.

On offer is a permanent position, paying between £33 - £38,000 per annum depending on experience, and live within reasonable commuting distance of Hinckley. This role will suit someone that does not want to go on a call out rota.
