Electrical Engineer - FMCG / Food Manufacturing
Location: Poole
We're looking for a skilled and proactive 'Electrical Engineer' to join our dynamic team within a fast-paced Food/FMCG manufacturing environment. If you thrive on solving problems, improving systems, and keeping production running smoothly, this role is for you. Offering a salary of £51,860 working Panama days and nights (2s & 3s)
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across production lines
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
* Work closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure optimal equipment performance
* Conduct preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with safety standards
* Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery and upgrades
Key Requirements
* Degree or qualification in Electrical Engineering or related field
* Experience in **FMCG, food production, or general manufacturing** environments
* Strong knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
