An excellent opportunity has arisen with one of the most secure food manufacturing groups in the UK. The plant near Doncaster has recently undergone an extensive investment plan in new machinery and processes and is one of the UK’s largest food processing manufacturing plants of its kind. They continue to expand, based on the reputation they have built for quality delivery of products they have become an extremely secure employer, in the North of England.
Key Skills
* Apprentice Trained in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Experienced in Food or FMCG Machinery
* Understanding of PPM Systems
The Role
The ideal candidate will come from an electrical or mechanical engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer with either bias but multi-skilled and have fast moving manufacturing experience. If you have worked on PLC systems, it would be advantageous. Also, able, and willing to work on packaging machinery, Multivac machinery, baggers, gearboxes, pumps, general mechanical work, and other PPM manufacturing processes. There is a huge amount of training on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
