Maintenance Engineer - Redruth
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a world leading dairy company in the Redruth area.
With no day ever being the same the Maintenance Engineering role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organisation.
Role & Responsibilities:
Time served as a maintenance engineer, ideally with an electrically biased skillset.
Experience with the maintenance of production machinery in a FMCG environment.
Attending to breakdowns on site in a timely manner (both electrical and mechanical).
Look to drive continuous improvement on site, prioritising safety and efficiency.
Fault Finding and Problem solving.
Work as part of engineering team. Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Severed Apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (BTEC Level 3 or ONC) Mechanical/Electrical engineering.
Time Severed in a FMCG or Food Environment is desired.
Ideally 18th Edition
Automation, PLC Programming and SCADA systems experience.
Good understanding of HACCP principles
Strong teamworking skills and be H&S focussedPackage and Benefits:
