They are looking for an experienced Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer who is looking to make an instant impact on a site and contribute to the growth of the business through hard work, commitment and dedication.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll become part of a supportive engineering team where training, development and career progression are genuinely encouraged.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of a wide range of processing and packaging equipment, as well as, but not limiting to; 

Responding to equipment breakdowns and carrying out fault finding
Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults
Working on 3-phase systems, motors, sensors and control equipment as well as bearings, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, belts, chains, drives etc
Supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects
Support operational teams with machinery changeovers, set‑ups and adjustments
Maintain accurate maintenance and engineering documentation
Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are available, safe and well maintained

The Candidate

We're looking for Maintenance Engineer who enjoys working within a collaborative maintenance environment and is keen to develop their skills.

Essential Requirements:

Engineering qualification at Level 3 or above (Electrical or Mechanical or Mechatronics or Multiskilled)
Previous maintenance engineering experience within an FMCG Manufacturing, Food and Beverage, Production or Industrial environment
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills with a focus on root cause analysis
PLC experience (advantageous but not essential)
Proactive approach with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team and as part of a team
