Maintenance Engineer4 on 4 off | Days & Nights | FMCG Snack Manufacturing
Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for your next challenge in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment?
Join a leading snack manufacturer where you'll play a vital role in keeping high-speed production lines running efficiently. Working a 4 on 4 off rotating days and nights shift pattern, you'll be responsible for maintaining automated production equipment, minimising downtime and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
* Planned and reactive maintenance on high-speed production and packaging machinery.
* Fault finding on PLC-controlled equipment and electrical systems.
* Carry out electrical maintenance, repairs and diagnostics.
* Complete root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
* Support continuous improvement projects to improve reliability and efficiency.
* Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS.
What We're Looking For
* Maintenance Engineer experience within FMCG or high-speed manufacturing.
* Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills.
* Experience working with PLCs and automated production equipment.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Engineering qualification (Level 3 or equivalent) in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
Desirable
* Food or snack manufacturing experience.
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement.
* Mechanical maintenance experience.
* 18th Edition qualification.
