Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Warwickshire
Salary: £48,000 – £56,000
Shift: 4 on 4 off | 2 Days / 2 Nights
Hours: 07:00–19:00 / 19:00–07:00
We are looking for an Electrically Qualified Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a large-scale, 24/7 industrial operation in Warwickshire.
This is a hands-on role working on high-power industrial equipment, with a strong focus on electrical fault-finding and maintenance.
The Role
Reactive breakdown response and fault-finding
Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Electrical and mechanical maintenance
Working on motors, drives, control systems and industrial machinery
Working at height when required
Supporting improvements to plant reliability and uptime
Completing maintenance records and documentation
Requirements
Electrical qualification – essential
Level 3 Electrical/Engineering qualification
Strong electrical fault-finding experience
Good mechanical maintenance skills
Previous heavy industrial / high-power manufacturing experience
Experience working on motors and industrial equipment
Comfortable working at height
Strong health & safety awarenessHeavy industry, steel, manufacturing, processing or similar backgrounds are particularly relevant.
