Location: Worksop

Salary: £48,000 + Bonus + Overtime

Shift: Days & Nights – Continental Shift Pattern

Job Role of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

A fantastic opportunity which is not to be missed by a strong Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer has come to the forefront. This is an excellent opportunity to join a market-leading manufacturing business at a state-of-the-art, highly automated production facility in Worksop.

The site has invested heavily in its machinery and infrastructure, making this a great opportunity for an engineer looking to develop their career both technically and into management.

You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance, breakdown response and fault-finding on a range of automated production machinery, ensuring maximum plant uptime and efficiency.

Sector – Factory Maintenance

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias.
Maintenance experience within a manufacturing, automated warehousing or industrial environment.
Hands-on experience with PPM, reactive and breakdown maintenance.
Minimum Level 3 engineering qualification, such as NVQ or equivalent.
Full UK driving licence.
Requirements for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Strong hands-on mechanical or electrical fault-finding experience.
Recognised Level 3 engineering qualification.
Experience working within a manufacturing, industrial or automated environment.
Ability to work effectively on a continental days and nights shift pattern.
Strong understanding of health and safety within an industrial environment.
Desirable Requirements for the Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
Experience within a highly automated production environment.
Experience with PLCs, motors, drives, sensors, pneumatics or hydraulics.
Experience working with high-speed production machinery.
Previous experience supporting continuous improvement projects.
