4 on 4 off – Day Shifts | £58,000

A leading food manufacturer based in Kent is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join its established engineering team.

This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance to ensure machinery performance and minimise downtime.

Key Duties:

* Electrical and mechanical fault finding

* Reactive breakdown maintenance

* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)

* Working on production and processing equipment

* Supporting efficient production operations

Requirements:

* Previous maintenance engineering experience within manufacturing or food production

* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

* Electrical qualifications advantageous

* Proactive and reliable approach to work
