Plus £2,132 annual night shift allowance

4 on, 4 off rotating days and nights

The Role
You'll play a key role in bringing new production equipment online and ensuring it performs reliably from day one.
Your responsibilities will include:
Installing and commissioning new machinery
Supporting equipment testing and start-up activities
Mechanical fault finding and problem solving
Working alongside specialist engineers and suppliers
Identifying improvements during commissioning phases
Supporting the transition from project phase into full production operation
Driving equipment reliability and performance improvements
What We're Looking For
Mechanical engineering experience within manufacturing
Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
Experience working with production machinery and automated equipment
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
Food manufacturing experience would be advantageous but isn't essentialAdditional qualifications such as electrical competency, IPAF, or FLT licences would be beneficial, although training can be provided
