Description:
Looking for a mobile Electrician to join our team, delivering high-quality electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair services across domestic, commercial, and social housing environments.
Location: Birmingham
Hours: 8 AM to 4.30 PM
Salary: £24 PH (PAYE option £14.00 - £20.97 PH)

Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works within domestic, commercial, and social housing properties.
Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and provide accurate certification.
Perform inspection and testing of electrical systems in accordance with current regulations.
Undertake full and partial rewires as required.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely.
Complete remedial works identified through inspections and testing.
Ensure compliance with BS7671 Wiring Regulations and all relevant health and safety legislation.
Maintain accurate job records, certification, and documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with tenants, clients, and stakeholders.
Work independently and as part of a wider maintenance team.Essential Qualifications
Level 2 Electrical Installation Qualification.
Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification.
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent).
Gold JIB Card.Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience in domestic, commercial, and social housing electrical maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical installations, testing, inspection, and fault finding.
Experience carrying out EICRs and producing compliant certification.
Competent in undertaking rewires and remedial works.
Excellent understanding of health and safety requirements.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
