Up to £40,000 + Overtime + Company Van + No Call Out

The Role
You'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance across a range of commercial buildings, ensuring all electrical systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.
Key Responsibilities

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive electrical maintenance
*
Electrical fault finding, repairs and minor installations
*
Emergency lighting testing and statutory compliance
*
Consumer unit, lighting and power circuit maintenance
*
General building services maintenance across commercial sites
*
Completing maintenance reports and ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures

Requirements
*
NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
*
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
*
Experience carrying out electrical maintenance within commercial buildings
*
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
*
Full UK Driving Licence
