Maintenance Electrician
Contract: Full time
Salary: Up to £38,000
Location: Newcastle, North Shields, Alnwick.
Working hours: Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
Call out: 1 in 4/5 with a £165 standby, min 4 hours.

As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be an integral part of their maintenance crew, ensuring that electrical systems are running smoothly. Here's what you can expect:
* Working within a team of 8 engineers.
* You’ll be expected to cover 65% planned maintenance and 35% reactive maintenance.
* Working on commercial lighting, power, sockets checking all the AHU's, FCU's, and any other building services.
* Health, safety, and compliance
* Fault-finding diagnostics, electrical, mechanical on high-speed process-lines.
Requirements for the job:
* Previous experience in a similar FM maintenance role.
* Experienced with planned and reactive maintenance.
* Experienced working in the commercial sector.
Qualifications:
* Industry relevant qualifications electrical engineering.
* NVQ level 3 Electrical.
* C&G 18th edition.
