Maintenance Coordinator / Repairs Administrator

We’re a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust and externally to drive improvements and offer a first-class service to our customers handling repairs complaints and coordination of external contracts for the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need experience of working within a responsive repairs and/or planned repairs contract.
