Salary: Up to £38,977.31 + 40% Shift Premium
Estimated annual salary including shift allowance up to £54,568.23
Continental Shifts: 06:30–18:30 / 18:30–06:30

The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance & Automation Technician to support a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
You’ll be responsible for keeping automated production equipment running safely and efficiently, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, fault-finding and supporting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic & pneumatic fault-finding
* Maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment
* PLC, robotics & HMI support
* Preventative and reactive maintenance
* Installation and optimisation of new equipment
* Root-cause analysis and continuous improvement
* Working to LOTO, 5S and Safe Systems of Work
Essential Experience
* HNC in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related discipline
* Time-served electrical apprenticeship
* Hands-on KUKA and/or ABB robotics experience
* Strong Siemens TIA Portal experience
* Certified PLC programming capability
* Experience with Atlas Copco/Ingersoll Rand tooling
* Vision system experience
