Key Responsibilities for the Maintenance Assistant:
Maintain and repair welfare accommodation units to a high standard for client hire, including tasks such as plumbing, replacing heaters, and DIY.
Prepare units for hire by ensuring they meet safety and quality standards.
Work closely with an experienced supervisor and team, handling occasional site-based tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with company processes and standards for quality and safety.
