Monday to Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm or 7:00am – 3:00pm

The RoleAs a Maintenance Operative, you will support the day-to-day maintenance of the warehouse and factory, ensuring the site remains safe, organised and fully operational. This is a hands-on role that would suit someone with previous maintenance, labouring or DIY experience who enjoys practical work.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance across the warehouse and factory
Build, repair and paint wooden pallets
Complete basic welding and fabrication tasks where required
Undertake general labouring duties across the site
Use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Report maintenance issues through the correct channels
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Support other departments with maintenance-related tasks when requiredWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is practical, reliable and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Essential Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a maintenance, labouring or warehouse maintenance role
Confident using hand and power tools
Experience building or repairing pallets would be advantageous
Welding and fabrication experience is desirable
Strong DIY or general maintenance skills
Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting
Good understanding of health and safety in the workplace
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good attention to detailWorking Hours
Monday to Friday
6:00am – 2:00pm or 7:00am – 3:00pm
Temporary to Permanent opportunity
Monthly pay on the 28th of each monthPay
