Position: Primary Main Class Teaching Assistant (TA)

Role and Responsibilities: As a Primary Main Class TA, you will:

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Support individual students and small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Prepare and organise teaching materials and resources.
Supervise students during activities and break times, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Foster a love of learning and encourage positive social interactions among students.
Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the vibrant school community.What We Offer:

Experience: Previous experience working with students with beneficial but not essential
Empathy: Demonstrate a compassionate and patient attitude, understanding the unique needs of students with SEN
Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support professionals.
