We’re Hiring – Mail Sorters!
Pertemps are currently recruiting Mail Sorters to work at Royal Mail’s Sheffield Mail Centre on a temporary assignment.

What will you be doing?
As a Mail Sorter, your main responsibilities will include:
· Sorting incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
· Loading and unloading mail cages and containers
· Moving mail safely around the site
· Preparing mail for dispatch
· Working to set deadlines to ensure mail is processed efficiently
· Following all health, safety and security procedures
· Maintaining a clean and organised working area
Working Hours
Monday – Friday | 18:00 – 22:00
What we’re looking for
You don't necessarily need previous mail-sorting experience — full training will be provided.
We're looking for people who are:
· Reliable and punctual
· Comfortable working at a fast pace
· Physically fit, as the role involves standing, walking and moving mail
· Able to work well as part of a team
· Flexible and willing to get stuck in
· Available to commit to the required shift pattern
· Must have own safety boots and high viz vest
