About the RoleA well-established and growing manufacturing business in the Telford area is looking to recruit a Machinist to join its busy production team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous machining, machine operating, or manufacturing experience who is looking to develop their skills within a professional engineering environment. CNC experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Operating a range of manufacturing and production machinery
Setting and running machinery to meet production targets
Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process
Reading and following engineering drawings and work instructions
Carrying out basic machine adjustments when required
Conducting quality inspections on finished components
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
Following all health and safety proceduresCandidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Machinist, Machine Operator, or within a manufacturing environment
Experience operating industrial machinery
Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to work from engineering drawings is beneficial
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable with a strong work ethic
CNC experience is advantageous but not essentialWhat's on Offer?
