Vibe Recruit are looking for an enthusiastic Production Technician to join our client's team and help ensure that they continue to deliver a high-quality service to their customers. This role is based in Cwmbran.

Shifts : Monday-Thursday
Hours: 4pm-3am
Pay weekly!
Responsibilities:
Receive orders and accurately interpret customer requirements.
Cut products in accordance with company processes ensuring that the correct machinery is used according to product type and also ensuring the correct shape and sizing standards are achieved.
Ensure machinery and equipment are regularly cleaned and the necessary maintenance carried out.
Ensure the product is correct and ready for transfer to the relevant department.
Keeps departmental wastage and customer returns to a minimum aiming to ensure all completed work is produced right first time.Experience and skills:
Must have Soldering experience
Experience of working in a fast paced, quality focused environment
Flexible approach to work patterns
Willingness to work in other business areas as the needs of the business dictate
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload
Good communication skills - written and verbal
Dexterous and ability to handle small products
Good problem solving skills
