Up to £45,000 + Benefits.
Hertfordshire - fully onsite.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Shop Technician to join a leading manufacturing environment. Our client offers a dynamic and innovative environment that values quality and continuous improvement.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Manufacturing and machining prototype and low-volume production parts
Supporting design and development processes from concept to completion
Programming, setting, and operating CNC machinery
Ensuring components meet tight tolerances through precise work
Inspecting parts using various measuring equipment
Contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
Supporting compliance with quality standards (ISO 9001)
Upholding health, safety, and environmental policiesIdeal candidate profile:
At least 5 years of experience in a precision workshop environment
Proven skills in CNC programming and operation
Strong interpretation of engineering drawings
Excellent communication skills
