Orion are proud to partner with a fantastic client once again who are looking for a Machine Shop Team Leader to help expand their core hours between Monday and Friday.

After significant expansion, it has allowed them to create growth across the business & we are lucky to have been asked to support them on their latest mission to recruit a Machine Shop Team Leader for them on a full time permanent basis.

Title: Machine Shop Team Leader

Location: Salisbury

Salary: up to £38,000

Days: Monday - Friday

The Machine Shop Team Leader will take charge on the following areas:

Create accurate quotations

Work alongside the research and development team

Manage and have x2 direct reports '' this will increase

Program CNC machines

Arrange day to day running of the machines

First point of contact to team members and lease with other head of departments

What we would like to see you be able to demonstrate on your CV:

A minimum of 2 years experience Team Leader '' Not essential

Great problem solving skills

Demonstration of machine operating

Great organizational skills

Great communication skills

Producing work schedules
