Description:
Machine Setter to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.
Machine Setup and Calibration: Prepare and calibrate machinery according to specifications to meet daily production requirements
Safely and efficiently operate assigned machinery, and monitor performance
Conduct inspections of finished products.
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning, ensuring all equipment is in top condition.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven machine operation experience, particularly with flow wrapping/heat sealing production machinery.
* Familiarity with at least two of the following: Ulma flow wrappers, Egatec case packers, MAF palletizers, and ICE date coding labellers.
* Strong attention to detail, quality control, and a methodical approach to tasks.
* Good math skills for accurate measurements and calculations.
* Physical stamina and the ability to manage moderate weights.
* Full-time, permanent position with a 5-day rotating shift pattern (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, flexible).
