Exciting Opportunity for a Skilled Machine/360 Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive 360 Operator to join our dynamic team at Aggregate Industries, a leading player in the construction sector. Based out of our operational sites across the UK, the successful candidate will be part of our esteemed Quarrying and Logistics team, contributing to the effective and safe execution of groundworks and excavation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate 360-degree excavators and other plant machinery efficiently, adhering to all safety and operational procedures.

Maintain equipment by conducting regular checks and basic maintenance tasks.

Collaborate with site teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects, with a keen attention to precision and safety.

Follow instructions from site supervisors and project managers promptly and accurately.

Participate in safety briefings and training sessions as required.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience as a 360 Operator in construction or similar industry.

Valid CPCS/NPORS card for operating 360 excavators.

Knowledge of current Health & Safety regulations applicable to construction and excavation sites.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
