We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a leading food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality products. This role involves adhering to safety standards, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the production team to meet company objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation:
* Operate various food processing and packaging machines, including but not limited to mixers, blenders, conveyors, and packing lines.
* Set up machinery and ensure it is functioning correctly before starting production.
Quality Control:
* Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
* Report any deviations from quality standards to the Production Supervisor.
* Maintenance:
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues; escalate major issues to maintenance technicians
Documentation and Reporting:
* Maintain accurate records of machine operations, production batches, and any incidents.
* Complete and submit daily production reports and maintenance logs.
Team Collaboration:
* Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless operation and timely completion of production schedules.
* Assist in training new machine operators as needed.
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a machine operator in a food manufacturing environment.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 20kg), and perform repetitive tasks.
* Comfortable working in a variety of conditions, including cold storage areas and noisy environments
